Deus X Converse Jack Purcell

Nice-looking sneakers from a collaboration between Converse and Deus Ex Machina. Here’s some coverage from a launch party at their Venice locale. If you’re ever in Los Angeles, you gotta drop by Deus Ex Machina’s digs, it’s a nice place to grab some joe, view some of their bikes and dry goods.

The Rubbee Drive

This friction drive module will reach a top speed of 15mph/25km. All you do is attach the drive to your bike, no extra parts needed. Installation takes only a few seconds. Forget the flying machine, I’ll take two of these. (via designboom).

It’s a bit nuts, but we’re up to a thousand followers on Tumblr after only being on there since this year. Thanks to everyone who follows us there. 100% porn-free imagery posted daily. (I mean I would, but my Mom follows me on Tumblr for pete’s sake).
