Some quick info about me and the book; the book is at a very early stage. I’ve been mostly working as an Art Director and Photographer for the last couple of years (clients include Harley Davidson, Land Rover, Jaguar, Ford and Shelby) which has been at the moment for the best part been taken over by traditional painting and illustrative work while at the same time working on designs for IPad and IPhone applications. At the same time I’ve been photographing pretty much anything that interests me.
I started ‘Unlimited Velocity’ as a place where I can follow my interests and I be able to just throw in whatever comes to my mind, collaborate with other artists and brands and see what is going to happen …
The Black Book is an attempt to make sense out of a couple of years of photography. I get constantly asked what actually happened to the photographs I take all the time … there have been a couple of attempts before that never got further than a handmade copy and then got snowed under in the daily workload (I will post some of them over the next couple of weeks). Although these led to a couple of commissioned profile and presentation books for fashion and automotive brands, mostly handmade in very limited numbers.
