The United States of Football. Amazing map from illustrator Jared Fanning. I’d like to see how this maps out to the entire world.
This was the first in an ongoing series of plotting the United States based on sports fans. Using my personal NFL knowledge, available data, broadcast maps, as well as some artistic interpretation, I redraw state lines based on fan affiliations.
