Film of a muscle-powered tour that a group of skateboard enthusiasts undertook in New Zealand one summer. My idea was to use the trip as a speculative platform from which to investigate what life might be like in a post-industrial society. That is to say a society whose main fuel source has been depleted to the point of being scarce and expensive.
